What to expect
We are thrilled to have you interested in joining our community of swimmers. Here's what you can expect when you become a member of G.A.S.C.
Swimming Practice
As a member of G.A.S.C., you will have access to regular swimming practices. Our club offers practice sessions for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable and will work with you to help you improve your swimming technique, speed, and endurance. We believe in creating a fun and supportive environment where swimmers can thrive.
Swimming Galas
G.A.S.C. participates in a variety of swimming galas throughout the year. We encourage all our swimmers to take part in competitions, but it is entirely up to you whether you want to compete or not. We believe that competitions are an excellent opportunity for swimmers to showcase their skills, set goals, and develop a competitive spirit. Our coaches will help you prepare for competitions and guide you through the process.
Social Events
At G.A.S.C., we value building a sense of community among our members. We organise social events throughout the year, such as team outings, fundraising events, and end-of-season celebrations. These events provide an opportunity for swimmers to get to know each other outside of the pool and build lasting friendships.
Club Policies
G.A.S.C. has a set of policies that all members are expected to follow. These policies include guidelines on behaviour, attendance, and safety. We also have a code of conduct that outlines our expectations for respectful and responsible behaviour.
